When you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a link to complete a new client intake form. At your first session, we’ll review this form together and discuss your current concerns, so we’re fully aligned. We’ll then share our findings and outline a treatment plan based on your goals, before beginning your treatment.
Just yourself, and a bottle of water to help you stay hydrated after your session
Sports and deep tissue massage can sometimes feel intense, but it should be a “good pain” rather than unpleasant. We’ll check in with you throughout your treatment to ensure the pressure feels right. If anything feels too strong or uncomfortable, please let me know straight away.

This depends on your activity level, lifestyle, and whether you’re recovering from an injury. For general wellbeing, many people come once a month. For rehabilitation or chronic pain, weekly or fortnightly sessions may be more effective at first.
Some health insurers may cover remedial or rehabilitation treatments. I can provide receipts if you need to make a claim - check with your provider to confirm your coverage.
